Mobile devices have improved our efficiency and allowed us to better communicate with our customers and colleagues. Setting up your work email on your phone or tablet is easy to do and it will allow you to easily check and send email while on the go.

In order to setup your email you will need the following information:

  • Email Address - example:   someone@example.com
  • Password Assigned - example:  PassW0rd!   (Your password IS CaSeSeNsItIvE!)
  • Incoming Mail Server(POP) - example:  mail.example.com  (replace example.com with your own domain)
  • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) - example:  mail.example.com  (It will be the same as the Incoming Server)
  • Outgoing Mail Server Requires Authentication? - YES our servers require authentication to send mail
  • Incoming Mail Server PORT Number - 110  (this is the Standard incoming Server Port Number)
